MSRS College promotes transparency, openness, and public accountability by facilitating requests for official records and administration details in compliance with the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Overview of the Act
The Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI) is an Act of the Parliament of India that sets out the practical regime of right to information for citizens. Under the provisions of this Act, any citizen of India may request information from a public authority, which is required to reply expeditiously or within thirty days.
In compliance with the mandatory disclosure norms, MSRS College has designated competent officers to receive and process requests from the general public.
