1.Prof. Karunakar Nayak Principal, participated as guest of honour in syllabus revision workshop held on 14th July 2018 at Paduva college Mangalore organized by MUCTA

• He inaugurated commerce association of Milagres College Kalyanpur on 25th July 2018
• He also served as member of BOS SDM College Ujire.
• He participated as inaugurator of academic speech and corporate speech classes on 22nd October 2018 organised by St.Mary’s College Shirva

2.Prof. Murugeshi, Associate Professor, Department of Ancient History and Archaeology published a research paper titled “Unpublished Bhogaramakki Inscription and Hanuma Cult” in Shasana Adhyayana, Vol 10, Part 1: Parasaranga Kannada University, Hampi, 2018. pp 18-23. ISSN 2277-4041.

• published a research paper titled “Pillar Inscriptions of Kodamanittaya Temple, Ninjur” in Shasana Adhyayana, Vol 11, Part 1: Parasaranga, Kannada University, Hampi, 2019. pp 13-15. ISSN 2277-4041.

3.Prof .Nayana Department of Political Science was awarded Phd.for her thesis on Gender Equity and political participation “study of local self government from Hampi University.

• Dr.Nayana served as member of BOS at St.Agnes College,Mangalore
• She attended a refresher course from 3rd Jan 2019 to 25th Jan 2019 at human resource development centre ,Manasa Gangotri,Mysore.

4. Dr.Mithun Chakravarthy, Assistant Professor in English participated in one day workshop on choice based semester system on 18th Jan 2019at University College,Mangalore.

5.Prof. Sona H.C Assistant Professor Department of commerce Participated in the “Global Initiative of Academic Networks” (GIAN) from 11 to 15 February 2019 held at Mangalore University.

• Presented a paper entitled “Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bhima Yojana (PMFBY): Challenges and a Way Forward” for two-days International Conference on Contemporary Innovations in Industry and Commerce held on 22 and 23 February 2019 held at Mangalore University.

6.Mrs.Hemalatha Shetty Department of commerce attended Faculty Development programme on “Derivatives Decoded” on 3 August 2018 at Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering, Badaga, Mijar, Mudabidri.
