Fee Regulations 2021-22:
- The academic year having been divided into two terms, the tuition fee is collected in two installments, one at the time of admission and the other at the beginning of the next semester.
- Fee once paid is not refundable.
- A student who leaves the college any time during the academic year will have to pay the fees for the whole year.
- Fine for late payment will be collected at Rs.2/- for the first five days and thereafter at Rs.5/- for the next five days. If the payment remains unpaid on the last day prescribed for payment of fees with fines, the defaulter’s name will be struck off the College Register. If re-admitted thereafter, he / she shall pay the fees with fine for all the days of delay and re-admission fee.

Scholarship and fee Concession:
Various kinds of scholarship and fee concession are available to the eligible students.
A few of them are:-
A. Government’s Scholarships
- 1. Fee Concession to students whose parent’s income is less than Rs. 44,500/- per annum.
- 2. National Merit Scholarship.
- 3. National Merit Scholarship to the children of Primary and Secondary grade teachers.
- 4. Scholarship to the children & dependents of Defense Personnel.
- 5. Scholarship to the children of Government servants who die while in service.
- 6. Post-metric scholarship to students belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and backward classes.
- 7. Scholarship to the children of political sufferers.
- 8. Scholarships to physically disabled.
- 9. Scholarships to college going children of Beedi workers.
- 10. Sanchi Honnamma Scholarships to meritorious lady students.
- 11. Scholarships to Minority Community Students.
B. Other Scholarship and Endowment Prizes:
- 1. Scholarships instituted by “Vinod & Chandrashekar Shetty Kaup Foundation” to the I, II & III year students - on poverty cum merit basis. (Rs. 6,000 each to 32 students).
- 2. Scholarships instituted by All Cargo Logistics Ltd., Mumbai to the poor & meritorious students (Rs. 4,000 each to 33 students).
- 3. ‘Sri Mulki Sunder Ram Shetty Education Trust, Madikeri Scholarship’ to the best student of the Final year Degree Course.
- 4. ‘M/s. Sultan Chand Dropadi Devi Education Foundation, New Delhi Scholarships’ to the best students of I & II B.Com.
- 5. ‘Bunt’s Sangha Mysore Scholarship’ to the best lady student of the First year Degree Course.
- 6. Scholarship instituted by Sri B.S.S Hegde, Mangalore in memory of late Belinje Kabbinalemane Rukmini Vittal Shetty to the best student Final Year Degree Course.
- 7. ‘Sri K. Sathischandra Hegde Endowement Fund Scholarship’ to the best student of Final year Degree Course.
- 8. Merit Prizes instituted by various donors.
- 9. Scholarship Instituted by Dr. Nayana M. Pakkala, Principal in memory of her father late Mugeruguthu Kinhanna Shetty to the student who secure highest marks in Pol. Science in University Examinations.
- 10. Scholarship Instituted by Smt. Sunanda S. Shetty in memory of her husband late Sri Innanje Sheena Shetty, Rtd. Teacher to the best student in cultural competitions.
- 11. “Vasthu Shilpi Sri Appannacharya Memorial Art Award” instituted by Sri Ka. Va. Acharya, Retd. Drawing Teacher, Hindu Junior College, Shirva to the final year student who stands first in cultural activities of the College.
- 12. ‘Poet-Story writer Sri M.N Jai Prakash Memorial Merit Award/ Prize’ instituted by Sri Ka. Va. Acharya, Rtd Drawing Teacher, Hindu Junior College, Shirva to the best writer (Stories and poems) of Final year Degree Course.
- 13. Scholarships instituted by Sri Manjunath K.G., Associate Professor in Commerce, in memory of his father Late K.G. Ganesh Rao to two best students of Final Year B.A. and B.Com.
- 14. Scholarships instituted by Sri Ram Charitable Trust, Mudradi to the poor & meritorious students.
